Less doing.
More being.

Imagine what your life would look like if it was created from your inner world, rather than being influenced by your outer world. We've all been there, a job that pays the bills and looks good on paper. A relationship that's fun to start with, but doesn't align with your true values. You might be at a point in life where everywhere you look life feels so far from what brings you true joy. That's where depth work comes in…

What happens in a session

What you can expect.

  • A space to explore all of who you are, allowing the work to unfold at your own pace.
  • Deep conversations, without judgement or the need to have it all figured out.
  • Moments of insight, with practical ways to bring what you discover into your everyday life.

A little deeper…

Inspired by the work of Carl Jung, whose exploration of the unconscious and the process of becoming more whole continues to influence this field, our sessions invite you to turn inward and get curious about what lies beneath the surface.

Through visualisation, shadow work and somatic practices, we may explore what you've learnt to hide, what your body is communicating, and what becomes possible when you begin listening to yourself differently.

Online from anywhere in the world, or in person by arrangement. Single sessions or a small series — whatever suits the season you're in.

$99 NZD / session

From January 2027.

How it begins

01

A connection call.

Thirty unhurried minutes to talk about what's going on for you, and whether this is the right space.

02

We find the starting place.

Coaching sessions, time in the forest, or both, we decide together, without any pressure.

03

Begin the work.

Step in feeling supported, understood and ready.

“Great first session, I was reminded again about being vs. doing. You have a natural talent to cut through the noise and spot the core issue. Thank you.”

L. M. — Prague

“Kayleigh was an amazing facilitator for my first forest bathing experience. It is clear how much thought and preparation she put in — from choosing the stops along the way, the activities, knowing the best route to take and the tea ceremony at the end. It was all absolutely magical.”

Ha K — Auckland

When you're ready

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Start with a conversation. If you have questions before then, I'd love to hear from you.
